What makes Premium different from standard FTP?

How many concurrent connections do I get?

Unlimited. Premium has no concurrent-connection limit, so automation tools like Rclone, Restic or rsync/SCP can run at full capacity.

Are backups included?

Yes. You can recover accidentally deleted files for up to 14 days. External backups can also be added on request.

Can I add sub-accounts?

Each tier includes sub-accounts (1 on 1 TB, up to 20 on 20 TB). Contact support to set them up under your user account.

Where is my data hosted?

Entirely within the European Union, GDPR-compliant, and replicated across distributed EU object storage. Transfers can be encrypted with FTPS (SSL/TLS) or SFTP (SSH).
